Job description

Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of physical data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Perform the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of hardware components, cables, and related systems. Manage and secure data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, SSDs) in accordance with company policies and industry best practices. Ensure proper tracking, storage, and disposal of sensitive data to maintain data integrity and security. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of data center equipment, including servers, storage devices, and network infrastructure. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations. Develop and maintain documentation of data center operations, including procedures, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
