Salary Guide: $140k - $180k + super + profit share

Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first class electrical engineer with strong experience in producing world class electrical designs for data centres.

Upon joining, you will go straight in as electrical lead on a new greenfield project award, which is a hyperscale data centre which will soon be coming out of the ground.

On an ongoing basis, you will be joining a dedicated data centre team who are in growth mode (headcount forecast to increase by over 50% in the next 12 months) - you'll be a fundamental part of that growth and will help build client relationships and form part of the strategic direction of the data centre business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for new-build and upgrade data centre projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a growing team of engineers
• Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects to the highest standards
• Drive innovation and energy-efficient solutions in mission critical environments

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in data centre electrical design
• Working towards Chartership will be nice to have
• Proven leadership ability and ambition to help to build and lead a specialist team
• Deep understanding of standards and best practices in electrical building services
