• Monitoring security facilities
• CCTV monitoring
• Processing all emergency calls and mobilizing various intervention forces (e.g. police, fire department, medical services, picket duty and emergency organization)
• Carrying out interventions, alarm investigations, control rounds
• Access controls (badge and key management)
