Data Architect - Data Strategy Team Introduction & Summary The Data Architect will operate at a management level within the Customer Solutions Data team. This role is crucial for overseeing data management and architectural practices, ensuring compliance with architectural standards while delivering on strategic directions. The successful candidate will support all areas of data engineering, governance, and analytics while collaborating with other architects. Main Responsibilities Review the current data architecture and identify opportunities for improvement; Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned to business objectives; Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with overall IT strategy; Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices; Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior architects and engineers; Support the development of data engineering, governance, and analytics capabilities. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices; Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
