Data Architect Consultant @ GFT Poland

As a Data Architect Consultant , you will design and shape the enterprise data landscape for institutions in the financial sector, including banking and financial services. You will work closely with business, analytics, and technology stakeholders to ensure that data is structured, governed, and accessible in a way that supports analytical, BI, and AI/ML use cases. You will own the data architecture aspects of selected initiatives, ensuring that data platforms and pipelines are scalable, secure, and reliable. Your responsibilities will include: • Designing and implementing data architectures for financial institutions, taking into account their specific needs and requirements. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and maintaining data platforms and pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance across the enterprise. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture and analytics. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on financial services. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles. • Experience with data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS Glue. • Familiarity with data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Informatica PowerCenter. • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
