Te whiwhinga mahi – The opportunity We are looking for a skilled and relationship focused Data and Reporting Lead to help strengthen data quality, reporting capability and drive business decisions through data insights. This role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Programme Managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement data strategies that align with organisational goals. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders • Collaborating with programme managers to design and implement data collection processes and tools • Providing expert advice on data quality, reporting and analytics to programme managers and senior leaders • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their information needs and develop solutions that meet those needs • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analytics.
