Tools & Systems Management
Own the day-to-day management of field sales tools and systems related to route optimization, execution tracking, and productivity.

Key User & Developer Interface
Act as the key user and primary point of contact with internal and external developers, ensuring tools are properly configured, optimized, and continuously improved to meet business needs.

Field Efficiency & Execution Tracking
Ensure tools effectively support route planning, store coverage, KPI tracking, and in-store execution visibility.

Regional Support & Enablement
Support regional field teams in the correct use of systems through training, guidance, and ongoing support.

Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback from regional teams, translate operational needs into system enhancements, and align improvement opportunities with the National Distribution team leader.

Training & Adoption
Design and deliver system training sessions to ensure high adoption, correct usage, and maximum value extraction from tools.

Data & System Optimization
Leverage system data to identify inefficiencies, usage gaps, and improvement opportunities, working closely with stakeholders to refine tools and processes.

Technical Capability & Innovation
Use programming logic and technical skills to customize, automate, or integrate tools where applicable, improving usability and efficiency for the field.
