Data Analytics – Manager | Assurance

Job Description We are looking for a Manager to make an impact in our team and at the clients. This role will support the Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director in delivery of services to clients on engagements and projects. Key responsibilities: Strategic Impact: Support with the delivery of designated engagements, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables or provide subject matter expertise role. Track outputs against engagement scope of work and report to Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director as required. Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with our policies and procedures, and that all reports are accurate and complete. Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality results, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring as needed. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director, and other team members. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge management processes to ensure that lessons learned are captured and shared across the organization. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analytics, statistics, computer science). 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
