The position we are hiring is for a Technical Skills Instructor - someone with a passion for Coaching and facilitating learning. Your core work will be transforming students into competent working professionals by reducing the gap between students' skill set and industry needs. You must have the ability to assess and support individual needs and abilities as well as demonstrate patience and flexibility during the learning process.

What is expected out of you?
- Deliver lectures to achieve a particular learning outcome
- Deliver problem-solving classes (PSCs) to explain the thought process involved in solving a problem, typically PSC are an important component of learning at Basta since more than the final solution, you focus a lot on how the thought evolved and finally reached the solution, these problems are the important ones which can guide students understanding a particular concept & problem-solving strategy
- You will develop students’ competencies in technical/Business skill
- Conduct 4 Live sessions from Tuesday to Friday (08:00 PM - 09:30 PM) and solve technical/business skill doubts
- Ensuring students’ performance is above a set threshold in Basta Evaluation which takes place at regular intervals
- Work in tandem with Basta's curriculum & pedagogy team to discuss shortcomings (if any) & potential solutions for the same - once a week
- Strong Hindi communications skills & a flair for online training. The whole course will be run in Hinglish.
- 1+ years’ prior experience on working in particular technical skill
- People management skills
- Able to engage with students via a high-energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Cheerful personality and confident in building student’s employability quotient
A successful candidate will be
- Comfortable with understanding data and observing trends for future course of action
- One who demonstrates strong empathy towards the challenges faced by students.
- Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism

- Teaching experience and have dealt with students from under-resourced backgrounds
