Data Analytics Engineer

Job Title: Analytics Engineer Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3–6 Years We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable analytics data models and transformation workflows. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, governed datasets for analytics and reporting while supporting exploratory and applied analytical use cases. Key Responsibilities Design dimensional models, curated data marts, and semantic datasets for analytics consumption Build and maintain transformative data pipelines using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or Talend Extract, transform, and load large datasets from various sources into a centralized repository Develop and maintain data quality metrics to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics capabilities into business applications and processes Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
