Data & Analytics – Databricks Consultant/ Senior Consultant/ Lead Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Databricks-based data engineering solutions Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data Perform data ingestion, transformation, and validation Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost efficiency Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and business teams Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met Develop and maintain data engineering solutions to support business needs Provide expert-level guidance on Databricks architecture, design, and best practices Lead or contribute to projects that involve data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Databricks, Apache Spark, and related technologies
