Responsibilities

• Hospital Data in Focus: You will review, check, and validate data from hospitals. You will identify discrepancies, investigate deviations, and ensure that our analyses are based on a reliable data foundation.
• Data Preparation with Precision: You will prepare large amounts of data in a structured manner and harmonize different data sources with the goal of a complete and reliable data foundation. If necessary, you will clarify queries with our clients.
• Analyses related to Medical Supplies: You will sort data by various parameters, evaluate it using our tools, and help to identify optimization potentials in medical supplies – including through benchmarking with other hospitals.
• Backbone for Consulting: You will prepare analysis results in such a way that our consultants can work with them and use them in client meetings. Your role is clearly in data analysis and preparation: you will not be acting as a classic consultant, but will focus on the quality, structure, and validity of our data behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Professional Background: You have a commercial background – for example, through an apprenticeship or a degree in health economics, health sciences, business administration with a focus on healthcare, or in a comparable field. Professional experience is welcome, but not a prerequisite.
• Interest in Hospital Data: You come from the hospital environment and enjoy working intensively with data from various areas of the hospital. Knowledge of handling hospital data, §21 datasets, or medical supplies is a plus, but not a must.
• Proficient in Tools: You have very good Excel skills and can prepare results understandably in PowerPoint. Experience with Access databases, SQL, or comparable database structures is advantageous.
• Precision and Analytical Eye: You work very carefully, structured, and detail-oriented. Large amounts of data do not deter you – quite the opposite: you enjoy identifying deviations, critically questioning data, and finding the proverbial needle in a haystack.
• Independent Work Style: You work reliably, organized, and drive topics forward independently. You are comfortable in an analytical role, where you delve deeply into numbers and data, and free up our project teams by your precise preliminary work.
