Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data quality and governance, continuously improving analysis and visualization processes.

ETL & Automation:

• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Present data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Advanced SQL proficiency, including query optimization and data modeling.

Python skills for data analysis and process automation.

Experience with relational databases and Data Warehouses.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Superset) for data visualization.

Knowledge of supply chain systems (a strong plus!).

Experience in data governance processes and implementation.
