The focus is on data-based decisions around E-Commerce, CRM, and Omnichannel Strategies, with plenty of room for initiative and professional exchange.
We are looking for a structured personality with analytical foresight, who likes to take responsibility and flourish in a high-quality fashion environment.
Tasks
You develop reliable data foundations for strategic and operational decisions around Online Sales, Customer Experience, and Sales. You work closely with the departments of E-Commerce, Marketing, IT, and Retail:
- Analyzing shop, CRM, marketing, and customer data
- Performance evaluations for campaigns and channels
- Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio
- Developing forecasts and KPI models
- BUILDING AND DEVELOPING A CENTRAL DATA LAKE as a SINGLE SOURCE OF TRUTH
- HARMONIZATION AND INTEGRATION of various data sources (shop system, CRM, ERP, marketing tools, POS)
- Conceptualizing and implementing modern analytics architectures in collaboration with IT and Data Engineering
- AUTOMATION of reports and QUALITY CONTROL
- Fostering INNOVATION, AI USE CASES, and DATA-DRIVEN AUTOMATION
- Active participation in transformation projects for the digital development of the company
Qualification
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Statistics or Business Administration
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data-driven marketing
- Fundamental knowledge in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 or Azure Data Services of advantage
- First experience in developing data flows, semantic data models, and modern data architectures
- Interest in CRM analyses, customer segmentation, and customer lifetime value
- PASSION FOR AUTOMATION, AI-POWERED ANALYTICS, AND DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION
- Enjoyment of data-based work with a focus on new tools, trends, and Ai
- Very good German and good English in writing and speaking for optimal communication within the team
