Data Analyst (m/w/d) Focus Power BI & Query

You work well with numbers, data, and processes and want to create more than just reports, but real transparency? Then you're a perfect fit for us. We are looking for support in the area of Reporting and Data Preparation, which structured analyzes raw data from various project locations and converts it into informative, controllable dashboards.

The position is deliberately kept small and flexible, ideal for people who specialize in Power BI, Power Query, and data-driven work. Start scope: ca. 10 hours per week, flexibly adjustable.

Your Tasks

• Preliminary processing and analysis of raw data from different project locations

• Creation of evaluations, reports, and dashboards with Power Query and Power BI

• Development of automated data models and recurring reporting structures

• Ensuring data quality, plausibility checks, and error analysis

• Drawing steering-relevant key figures and action recommendations

• Tight cooperation with project leadership, controlling, and operational teams

• Further development of existing reporting processes and tools

Your Profile

• Experience in Data Analytics, Reporting or Data Management

• Very good knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is absolutely required

• Safe handling of Excel and structured data sources

• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high accuracy

• Able to prepare complex data in a comprehensible way

• Self-reliant, reliable, and solution-oriented working style

• Pleasure in process optimization and data-driven work
