Data Analyst (m/w/d) with Focus on BI, KPI & AI

Tasks

• You design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and data models in SAC, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• You define and implement uniform KPI and data standards in controlling and serve as an interface to the backend.
• You develop and are responsible for KPI templates, build a central KPI library, and ensure consistent interpretation in reports and dashboards.
• You establish a company-wide information model and a BI and reporting style guide for consistent visualization and structure.
• You automate reports, develop interactive dashboards, and establish self-service BI solutions for departments.
• You drive advanced analytics and KI use cases forward, identify automation potential, and support users through training and documentation.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, BWL (with Analytics/IT focus), Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Ideal candidates bring 2-4 years of experience in controlling, finance BI, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• You possess very good knowledge of SAP-based analytics solutions (e.g., BW, BPC, SAC).
• You are familiar with common BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• You have a good understanding of KPIs, controlling logic, and business connections.
• You work analytically, structured, and communicate safely in German and well in English.
