Develop, validate, deliver, and maintain:o Operational business management KPIso Regular / recurring / scheduled analysis reportso Analysis dashboardso Ad hoc analysis requirements and taskso Convert written requirements into a finalized specification document and resultingdelivered product (reports, KPIs, dashboards)
Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredo 3 Years of experience as Data Analyst roleo Possess a high level of data accuracy and attention to detailo Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear andconcise business communicationso Ability to work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/guidance frommanagero Software knowledge: BI Cognos analytics for reports and dashboards, SAPS4/Hana Fiori, Excel (advanced)o Experience in other analytics, SQL/scripting and dashboard software tools a pluso Experience working across different countries / cultures
