Position Summary The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, extracting actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Responsibilities Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), or R. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
