Data Analyst for Procurement and Tender Office

We are looking for a data analyst profile to support analysis, monitoring, and development of the internal information system dedicated to managing public tenders. It will collaborate with administrative and technical resources to optimize decision-making processes through data processing and interpretation, contributing to innovation and operational efficiency.

Main Activities:

• Support in preparing technical content for tender documents for the acquisition of goods and services;
• Promotion of new technological opportunities to meet existing functional needs;
• Management of tests, defining strategy and plan, control of software realization, verification of functional and non-functional coverage, and respect for standards, guidelines, and quality (ISO standard);
• Development of models for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing tender and procurement processes;
• Development of tools for predicting demand and planning tenders.
• Support for developing the Ente's procurement portal and projects in the supply chain, including integration with AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools.

Degree:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or STEM fields.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. advanced Excel);
• Knowledge of query languages for data;
• Experience in developing or personalizing information systems for economic-financial analysis, budgeting, and management control.

Preferrable Titles:

• Knowledge of procurement processes for ICT goods and services or public procurement regulations;
• Possession of specialized certifications in applicative or security informatics products;
• Previous experience in analyzing and processing complex data, using data science techniques and data visualization tools;
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations (D.Lgs. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments).
