You will be among the first employees in this team – meaning real responsibility, real influence, and the chance to shape our work with data from day one. Together with an experienced analyst, you will develop our standards and work closely with our operational departments to translate operational data into dashboards, insights, and decisions that drive the company forward.

About the Role

• Together with our business units, you will develop end-to-end analytics solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and Git, thereby creating the foundation for data-driven decisions.
• As the point of contact for the Operations data domain, you will translate complex questions into meaningful analyses, dashboards, and action recommendations, and also support other areas of the company during the team's build-up phase.
• You will continuously develop and automate data pipelines and reporting processes, and integrate external data sources into our Data Warehouse.
• In close collaboration with our Data and Engineering teams, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of your analytics solutions – from data modeling, testing, and visualization to productive operation.
• Through high quality standards, clean documentation, and reliable KPI models, you will ensure that our data products can be used as a "Single Source of Truth."

About You

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a comparable analytical role.
• Very good knowledge of SQL, Python, and Git, as well as experience in creating dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Analytical thinking, a good understanding of business contexts, and a structured, self-driven working style characterize you.
• Very good German and English language skills, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
