Our Data Analytics Missions

At AVISIA, we offer missions that combine data analysis, technical expertise, and understanding of business challenges. Depending on your profile and interests, you may be involved in various projects: designing strategic reporting, ad hoc analyses, optimizing marketing campaigns, or developing Data Visualization solutions.

You will thus contribute to transforming data into actionable information, improving business steering, and supporting our clients' decision-making.

Some examples of Data Analytics projects

• Performance steering and strategic reporting: development and production deployment of reports for the Executive Committee of a specialist in long-term vehicle leasing for large companies, to facilitate activity monitoring and decision-making.

• Data analysis and customer knowledge: conducting ad hoc studies for brands of a Retail player: analysis of product or brand launches, study of cannibalization between brands, and profiling of customers who have abandoned their purchases.

• CRM and marketing targeting: participation in the redesign of the marketing campaign targeting program for a Luxury player, to improve the relevance of actions and commercial performance.

• Data Visualization and CSR challenges: development of an application allowing a bank to identify and qualify customers concerned by changes in energy performance diagnostics (DPE), in order to better support them in their transition.

These projects will allow you to develop your skills in Data Analytics, SQL, Business Intelligence, reporting, Data Visualization, and business analysis, while contributing to concrete and varied challenges.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst

Technical skills:

• You have an aptitude for translating business problems into Data processing;

• You have good knowledge of SQL

• You know one of the main Data Visualization solutions on the market: Tableau, Power BI

• You know one of the main Data Science and Analytics platforms on the market: Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake …

As a bonus:

• You have knowledge of Python

• You have notions of Cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, Azure.

The recruitment process:

• You will first discuss with our Talent Acquisition Leader, who will offer you an initial interview by phone, video call, or in person.

• A technical test: a multiple-choice quiz and practical case studies will be sent to you by email on the same evening as your HR interview. You will have 7 days to complete them.

• A technical interview: you will meet a senior consultant, a manager, or a Practice Leader, ideally in person, to deepen your technical skills and discuss the proposed missions.

Informal discussions with the team may also be organized to allow you to discover your future work environment and envision yourself at AVISIA.
