Job description
We work with our clients on 100% data missions that combine technical and operational dimensions. Depending on your profile and affinities, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that meet purely technical challenges or more business-oriented issues.
Our clients are present in various sectors of activity (Luxury, Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, etc.) and the data mission topics you may work on are also diverse. Here are a few examples of current projects:
Development and deployment of reporting for the Executive Committee of a specialist in long-term vehicle leasing for large companies. #PerformanceManagement
Carrying out ad-hoc studies for brands of a retail player: analysis of product/brand launches, brand cannibalization, profiling of lapsed customers… #CustomerKnowledge
Participation in the redesign of the marketing campaign targeting program for a luxury player. #CRM
In connection with CSR issues, implementation of an application to identify and qualify bank customers to support them in the transition of energy performance diagnostics. #DataViz

Technical Skills:
You have a degree in data from a university or business school and:
Have an aptitude for translating business problems into Data treatments
Have good knowledge of SQL and/or SAS programming language,
Are familiar with one of the main data visualization solutions on the market: Tableau, Power BI, SAS VA…
Are familiar with one of the main data science & analytics platforms on the market: SAS, Dataiku, Alteryx…,
As a bonus,
you have knowledge of Python and/or R
you have notions of cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, Azure
The Recruitment Process
You will first discuss with our Talent Acquisition Leader who will invite you for an initial interview by phone, video call, or in person.
A technical test (multiple-choice questionnaire and practical case studies) will be sent to you by email.
You will then meet a senior consultant (manager or practice leader), ideally in person.
Informal discussions with the team may be organized as needed so that you can discover your future work environment in parallel.
