Data Analyst - Compliance Analytics

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the Compliance Analytics team, you will play a key role in safeguarding financial integrity by leveraging data to detect and prevent financial crimes. Your responsibilities include: Analyzing transaction data to uncover patterns of money laundering and fraud. Supporting sanctions screening with advanced data insights. Developing and maintaining SQL and Python scripts for data operations. Creating interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Providing high-quality data analysis and visualization support to the Compliance Analytics team. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of financial transactions, sanctions lists, and other relevant data sources. Identifying and addressing potential risks and biases in data analysis and reporting. Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. Participating in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, results, and recommendations.
