Mission

As a Data Analyst, you transform complex data sets into growth levers for our marketing strategy. You ensure the transition from raw data to commercial reality to optimize customer knowledge and loyalty programs. Your role is essential to support strategic decisions with precise analyses.

Domaine de responsabilités

• Analyse de données : Identify client segments and analyze purchase habits to detect commercial opportunities.

• Suivi de la fidélité : Decrypt the behavior of Bonus Card holders to measure the impact of our actions.

• Business Insights : Translate complex numbers and graphs into clear language for all your audiences and translate them into concrete behaviors and actionable steps.

• Modélisation prédictive : Calculate Customer Lifetime Value to anticipate future consumer needs.

• Data Storytelling : Create visual dashboards (Looker/Tableau) making data accessible to everyone.

• Présentation orale : Communicate your analyses in a simplified and pedagogical manner during work meetings with both colleagues and hierarchy.

• Gestion technique : Manipulate and structure databases via SQL and BigQuery, ensuring their reliability. Master Google tools.

• Optimisation du parcours client : Analyze interactions (Web, App, Store) to improve the overall customer experience.

Profil

• Master or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science).

• Mandatory mastery of SQL; experience with BigQuery or visualization tools is an asset.

• Mastery of the Google environment.

• Excellent ability to orally present technical analyses for a non-expert audience and transform them into actionable behaviors.

• Analytical spirit combined with a keen business sense for the retail sector.

• Assertive communicator capable of presenting conclusions with conviction.
