PPC Romania is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Data Analyst & Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, automation, and AI, with experience in implementing solutions using Power Automate, RPA, and other relevant technologies. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SQL databases, etc.), files, and other sources to support strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting activities;
- Actioning as a Project Manager for AI-based solution implementation projects in the HR domain, coordinating project execution and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met;
- Acting as the main point of contact between HR, IT, and business for data, automation, and AI initiatives, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, security policies, and data governance;
- Developing and administering complex SQL queries and creating interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, while also providing training and technical support to team members to develop skills in these areas;
- Using advanced data analysis techniques to identify opportunities, trends, and models, making actionable recommendations for process improvement and operational efficiency;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness, performing ad-hoc data cleaning, validation, and analysis as needed;
- Contributing to defining standards, best practices, and documentation for using data, reports, and automation solutions in the HR domain;
- Participating in evaluating and testing new tools, technologies, or AI-relevant solutions for HR processes;
- Offering support in change management initiatives and digital solution adoption, including communication and presentation sessions to users;
- Following trends in data analytics, automation, and AI and proposing improvements or pilot initiatives when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and/or process automation, with exposure to project management;
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and working with databases; experience in SQL;
- Experience in Power BI (reports, dashboards, data modeling);
- Experience in automating processes and using low-code/no-code tools;
- Knowledge of AI solutions applied to business processes;
- Project management and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset;
- The ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and respect deadlines;
