Data Analyst

Role - Data Analyst Job Type - Fulltime/Remote About the Role This is a business-critical analytics role. Your dashboards and insights will be reviewed by managers and leadership to make decisions related to revenue, customer behavior, operations, and growth. You will work with imperfect, real-world data coming from multiple systems, and you will be expected to validate, clean, and model data before presenting insights. This is not a reporting clerk role, you are expected to think, question, and analyze complex business problems. Your findings should be actionable and provide recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using data visualization tools • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and recommendations • Providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and other data systems • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security • Identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
