Role Overview We are looking for a Data Analyst to work with large-scale financial datasets, ensure high data quality, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust data quality processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with the data engineering team to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Ensure high-quality data by implementing data validation rules, performing data quality checks, and identifying areas for improvement. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. • 2+ years of experience working with large-scale financial datasets. • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights effectively. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
