Data Analyst : A/B-tests and customer onboarding (Remote)

Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our data science team to design and execute A/B tests, analyze customer onboarding data, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. Responsibilities: • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different customer onboarding strategies • Analyze customer onboarding data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Collaborate with the data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions • Provide actionable insights to drive business growth and inform product development • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge platform with a talented team • Flexible remote work arrangement • Professional development opportunities • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies
