  • Technical expertise in delivering data analysis solutions:
  • Knowledge of programming languages or software used for data analysis (Excel, SQL).
  • Data discovery and report development skills.
  • Experience in automating processes and developing BI dashboards (preferably Qlik Sense).
    • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and correlate information:
  • Interpretation and analysis of data to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Rapid identification of deficiencies, dependencies, and their impact on processes.
    • Attention to detail and follow-up capacity for implementing requirements correctly.
    • Spirit of teamwork and orientation towards collaboration for identifying the best solutions and generating value-added for the data collective.
    ⭐ Having experience in data reporting and using SQL or at least one of the software Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI is an advantage.

    Job Description

    • Participate actively in improving and developing analyses, reports, and BI dashboards:
  • Analyze gaps between current solutions and business requirements.
  • Identify new functionalities and propose technical solutions.
  • Develop the solution design and technical specifications for transforming, profiling, and analyzing data.
    • Analyze and evaluate structured data sources:
  • Implement and automate data extraction/KPI processes.
  • Orient existing data extraction and processing processes.
    • Define, document, and validate business requirements and specifications for new projects in the data area, including acceptance criteria.
    • Contribute to identifying relevant insights from data and support adopting them by the Business Retail BT team.
