Your Mission as a Data & AI Engineer

You will join a tight-knit project team: 2 to 4 data engineers, 1 Product Manager, 1 Tech Lead, and you will directly contribute to the value delivered to our clients:

  • Deeply understand your client's business and data

  • Build a solid product: suitable algorithms, maintainable and tested code, robust and reliable data pipelines

  • Design the product architecture and integrate it into the client's information system up to production deployment

  • Develop and share your technical expertise within Theodo Data & AI

  • Contribute to our technical blog (+30,000 monthly visitors)

  • Explore new tools and methods to advance team efficiency

Your Profile

  • You are in your final year of engineering school, or a recent graduate

  • You have a strong appetite for data, ideally with initial experience in consulting or tech

  • You are proficient in Python and have already worked with Big Data technologies (Spark, Scala, Hadoop)

  • You know – or want to learn – a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • You want to progress in an environment that is both demanding and supportive

Interview Process

We respond to all applications within 3 days. If your profile matches our search, here is the process:

  1. 30-minute phone call with the recruitment team to understand your search criteria

  2. 1-hour interview with the recruiter to discuss Theodo's culture

  3. Peer programming interview with a Data Scientist

  4. Client simulation technical interview with a Data Scientist

  5. 30-minute discussion with a director of Theodo Data & IA

You will be supported throughout the process by a member of the recruitment team.
