As the Sales Development Representative for the Danish market you will:

• Initiate outbound contact with Danish-speaking prospects and deliver impactful first impressions.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, acting as their trusted advisor for cloud-solutions.
• Uncover business needs and map them to the company's cloud offerings, working hand-in-hand with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
• Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities to fuel revenue growth.
• Capture and share voice-of-customer feedback to drive product & service improvement.

• Fluency in Danish (C1+) and English (B2+ or better).

• 1-2 years in IT sales, account management or customer-success environment.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce or similar) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A real passion for technology and digital transformation, paired with a strong customer-first mindset
• Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 or Dynamics 365.

• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure, Modern Workplace, BizApps).
