Are you looking for a new challenge and want to contribute your expertise in spare parts? Then this position might be for you! Daimler Buses is looking for a Spare Parts Team Leader for its growing location in Granges-Paccot, to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Leading the warehouse team.
• Further developing and optimizing processes and organization within the warehouse.
• Ensuring the ordering and delivery process for internal and external customers of Daimler Buses.
• Ensuring optimal availability of spare parts.
• Sales of spare parts, as well as further developing the existing customer network and acquiring new customers.
• Supporting service partners from the Daimler Buses dealer network.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Completed apprenticeship as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or Retail Specialist EFZ; further business administration education is an advantage.
• Very good German and French language skills.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Good comprehension skills in handling IT application systems.
• High resilience and independent working style.
• Open and team-oriented personality.
• Driver's license category B.
