Roofer - Flat Roofs / Sealing / Insulation (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the professional renovation and new construction of flat roofs and will accompany projects from preparation to final completion.
• Your daily work will involve the complete roof build-up: you will remove old layers, lay vapor barriers and insulation (e.g., from PU, mineral wool), and ensure professional drainage.
• A focus of your work is the precise welding of sealing membranes, primarily with FPO, PVC (e.g., Soprema), and two-layer bitumen products.
• In addition, you will carry out demanding detail work, such as the installation of system sheet metal on parapets and closures, as well as the application of liquid sealants (e.g., Alsan).
• Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth workflow on the construction site and guarantee the high quality of your work.

• You have completed vocational training as a roofer or, as a career changer, have at least 2 years of professional experience in flat roofing.
• You are proficient in sealing techniques such as FPO, PVC, and bitumen welding.
• A driver's license class B, ideally BE, is an advantage.
• You are a team player and enjoy your manual work.
• You speak fluent German (C1 level) to communicate confidently within the team and on the construction site.
