Job description: We are in need of D365 experienced Functional Analysts (FA) to support our Solution Architects on multiple concurrent rollouts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). As our ERP transformation accelerates, we are expanding our team to ensure successful implementations across our business units. Some FAs will remain embedded in the implementation team, while others will transition to the Application Support Desk once go-live is complete. This hybrid role offers exposure to both project delivery and post-implementation support, making it ideal for professionals looking to broaden their D365 career path. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Solution Architects to support the rollout of D365 F&O, primarily within Production and Supply Chain modules.
• Provide functional analysis, configuration, and testing of ERP solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Act as a Level 2–3 support resource, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and delivering resolutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document end-to-end processes, creating process flows (Visio) and Standard Operating Procedures (Word).
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure ERP processes align with production, maintenance, forecasting, and pricing operations.
• Support integrated modules by ensuring data consistency and working with mapping tables (not expected to be an expert but must have working knowledge).
• Assist in training business users and driving adoption of new functionalities.
• Participate in UAT, configuration, and functional testing to validate requirements.
• Transition to the Application Support Desk post-rollout to handle escalations, provide knowledge transfer, and ensure continuity.

Requirements:

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pratique avec D365 F&O, particulièrement dans les modules Production, Chaîne d’approvisionnement, Maintenance, Prévisions et Tarification.
• Expérience préalable en rôle opérationnel et en environnement manufacturier; compréhension des processus d’affaires au-delà de la simple configuration ERP est un atout important.
• Expérience avec les modules intégrés et les tables de correspondance (connaissance pratique requise, pas besoin d’être expert).
• Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (oral et écrit); le français est un atout.
• Solides compétences en documentation de processus (Visio) et de procédures (Word).
• Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en communication pour former et soutenir les utilisateurs.
• Solides compétences en dépannage (logique et technique).
• Expérience couvrant à la fois l’implantation et le support post-mise en production.
• Familiarité avec les cadres de tests et processus structurés de UAT.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire performante.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, en livrant des résultats dans des délais serrés.
• Disponibilité pour voyager occasionnellement aux États-Unis et au Mexique.
• Capacité à travailler dans un modèle hybride : 2 à 3 jours par semaine au bureau de Saint-Laurent.
