D365 Business Central Developer (AL)

This is an opportunity to join a product development company building and evolving a commercial Dynamics 365 Business Central solution already in market and growing.

The work is hands-on AL development, long-term ownership and continuous improvement — not short-term client delivery.

The role -

Build and enhance a commercial D365 Business Central product
Hands-on AL development across new features and improvements
Work closely with a other Senior Developers — genuinely collaborative
Influence product direction, not just deliver tickets
Focus on clean, maintainable, well-structured code

What you’ll bring -

Strong AL programming experience (D365 Business Central)
C/AL experience highly regarded
Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
Excellent communication skills (technical + non-technical)
Product mindset — you care about quality and usability

Ideal for someone who -
