Morning team meeting, afternoon coaching sessions, and evening KPI analysis – no day is like the other.

Stadtritter is one of the fastest-growing security companies in Berlin/Brandenburg. With its own rental model for security technology, own emergency response center, and a sales concept that works. The career path is clear: Sales Representative → Sales Leader → Regional Manager.

Tasks

* Building and leading your own D2D-Sales team (5-10 people)

* Operational coaching and guidance of sales representatives in the field

* Responsibility for the team's sales figures

* Conducting team trainings and morning meetings

* Recruiting new team members

* Closing your own sales deals as a role model for the team

* Reporting to the Regional Manager

Qualification

**What you should bring:**

* Experience in D2D sales or comparable direct sales

* Verifiable own sales successes

* Desire for team leadership and coaching

* Class B driver's license

* Independent and structured work

**Not a must, but a plus:**

* First leadership experience (even informal, e.g., onboarding new colleagues)

* Experience in the security industry
