D2C Senior ECommerce Shop Manager/E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) for Shopify Online Shop

Do you love e-commerce, have an eye for quality, and can juggle 5 balls at once? As an E-com Manager, you will be responsible for the online shop & conversion optimization for our brands, working closely with our COO (Ex-Shopify).

You will ensure that the client's Shopify shops offer an outstanding customer journey. Based on quantitative analyses (e.g., A/B testing, Google Analytics, UX tests), you will optimize our online shops in collaboration with our developers.

Responsibilities

• Data-based improvement of the user experience together with the design and development team.
• Continuous analysis and reporting of e-commerce metrics to identify optimization potentials.
• Development of test hypotheses for optimizing our Shopify-based online shops (CRO).
• Close collaboration with Performance Marketing to monetize traffic.
• You will work in close exchange with our COO (Ex-Shopify).

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience in using Shopify. (minimum 7-figure revenue)
• Basic knowledge of Shopify's Liquid Template Language.
• Experience in conducting CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B tests.
• Demonstrable experience in handling traffic peaks.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven work approach.
• Experience in formulating requirements for developers (tickets, FIGMA, reviews, etc.).
• AI usage in conjunction with Shopify.
