D2C Customer Service & E-Commerce Executive

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service & E-Commerce Executive to manage our D2C customer experience and support daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms Handle NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure successful deliveries Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges on e-commerce platforms Process and fulfill customer orders Assist in the creation and optimization of product descriptions and content on e-commerce platforms Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and customer service Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics teams, to ensure seamless customer experience Requirements Proven experience in customer service and e-commerce operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) is a plus Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities Opportunity to grow within the company Dynamic and collaborative work environment
