D-velop Document Consultant (m/w/d)

We support companies in the housing industry in optimizing their digital processes and establishing efficient document management solutions. As a partner for modern DMS and workflow platforms, we rely on d.velop products and accompany our customers from the first analysis to successful implementation.

Tasks

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an engaged D-velop Document Consultant (m/w/d) who enjoys implementing customer projects independently and competently (part-time from 30 hours or full-time).

• Analyzing and optimizing business processes around document management and digital workflows
• Implementing, configuring, and customizing d.velop products (d.3ecm, d.velop documents, d.velop invoice etc.)
• Conducting workshops, user training, and project presentations
• Advising our customers from the housing industry on best practices, technical possibilities, and digitalization potential
• Creating concepts, documentation, and technical specifications
• Closely working with project leadership, development, and support
• Business trips to customer locations (planned and coordinated)

Qualification

• Experience with d.velop products or comparable ECM/DMS solutions
• Good knowledge of process analysis as well as document and workflow management
• Ideal experience in the housing industry or with corresponding software solutions
• Techical understanding (e.g. SQL, interfaces, document classification) is advantageous
• Outstanding customer orientation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, structured work style and high initiative
• Travel readiness for occasional customer meetings
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
