Czech Speaking Solution Consultant - Paid Relocation to Sofia

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Czech Speaking Solutions Consultant, including fully paid relocation to the beautiful city of Sofia, Bulgaria! If you have a passion for helping clients achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions, this role is designed for you. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be tasked with understanding the unique needs of our clients and converting those into actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to develop and present tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings. * Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, such as proposal development and bid responses. * Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Requirements * Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken). * Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Consultant or similar. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with CRM systems and other relevant technologies is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
