• I develop my sport — cycling — by offering tailored solutions and services that meet the needs of casual riders, commuters, and performance cyclists alike, both in-store and online.
• I ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty through meaningful, sport-based interactions.
• I create a seamless Omni-Channel experience by guiding customers through our digital services and the Decathlon app.
• I offer workshop services such as repairs, maintenance, or customisation to enhance product performance and extend its lifespan.
