Cybersecurity Specialist (m/f/d)

Our client is a rapidly expanding technology company specializing in the development and production of highly secure, robust hardware for critical infrastructures and defense applications. The company sets new standards for physical and digital cybersecurity and offers a unique environment at the intersection of hardware, software, and security.

• Ensure IT and product security across architecture, processes, and applications
• Develop and implement security-by-design concepts in close collaboration with hardware and software teams
• Conduct risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
• Drive compliance with international security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, Common Criteria)
• Support internal security audits and define security policies for the organization
• Act as an internal partner for development, operations, and management on all cybersecurity-related matters

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information security, or a related technical discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity or IT security
• Solid knowledge of cryptography, secure architectures, and common security frameworks
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools and methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive approach
• Excellent command of English; German is an advantage
