Location : Bangalore Mandatory Job Type : Full-time Model : 5 days work from office Role : Technical Solution Architect Start date : Immediate requirement Required Skills Competencies Design end-to-end enterprise cybersecurity architecture across: SOC Security Operations Center, Network Segmentation, Data Encryption, Identity and Access Management, Incident Response, Compliance and Governance, Risk Assessment, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management. Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into existing infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of cybersecurity. Analyze and resolve complex security incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, business leaders, and external partners. Participate in regular security posture assessments to identify areas for improvement. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.
