Cybersecurity & Risk Management Consultant (m/f/d)

• You advise our clients on the further development of their cybersecurity, risk, and compliance structures and support them in the sustainable anchoring of security and governance requirements in their organizations
• You support clients in the implementation of regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, eIDAS2.0, and other European regulations and accompany their integration into existing processes and organizational structures
• You analyze existing IT, security, and governance structures, assess cyber and IT risks, and develop concrete recommendations for action and implementation roadmaps from this
• You develop concepts and target visions for governance, risk, and control structures or, for example, specific topics for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Vulnerability Management, and support their implementation
• You plan, steer, and coordinate work packages within IT and cybersecurity projects, working closely with specialist departments, IT, information security, and compliance functions
• You design and structure assessments and support clients in decision-making and prioritization of measures, for example, by conducting workshops or interviews
• You prepare analysis results, management documents, and presentations in a target-group-oriented manner and communicate complex issues understandably to different stakeholders
• You monitor technological, regulatory, and market developments in the field of cybersecurity and bring new impulses into client projects and the further development of our consulting portfolio (e.g., in the area of Digital Identities)

• You have a good to very good completed degree in computer science (business informatics or general computer science), business administration, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study
• For the role of Consultant, you have initial relevant professional experience (internships or working student positions), ideally in consulting or a strategically oriented environment
• You have initial practical experience or a strong interest in cybersecurity, digital identities, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and regulatory issues, and ideally have had exposure in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Management, IAM, or digital identities
• You have gained experience in projects and have a fundamental understanding of project management, project steering, and collaboration with different stakeholders
• You have a good technical understanding, are comfortable with technical concepts, and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and management
• You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner and use state-of-the-art technologies and applications to support workshops and to prepare and present content and results convincingly
• You are characterized by initiative, willingness to learn, team spirit, and strong customer orientation, you gladly take on responsibility, and strive to achieve sustainable results together with clients and colleagues
• You are willing to travel
• You have very good German and English skills (minimum C1 in both languages)
