Cybersecurity Project Manager - Operations

Cybersecurity Project Manager – Opérations at TEC, you integrate into the operational department (CDS + Infrastructure) of the IT direction.

You are the operational mirror of the Cybersecurity Program Manager (Appui department) and ensure the translation of the cybersecurity roadmap into concrete, planned, and executed actions by operational teams.

You coordinate, plan, and prioritize security initiatives in line with technical teams to contribute to NIS2 compliance and overall security posture strengthening for OTW.

In this role, your success relies as much on your technical skills as on your human abilities: your communication sense, ability to federate various stakeholders, and capacity to inspire collaboration enable you to coordinate contributions effectively.

VOS MISSIONS

• translate the cybersecurity roadmap (piloté by the Cybersecurity Program Manager) into operational action plans for CDS and Infra;
• coordinate the technical implementation of security measures (hardening, patching, monitoring, IAM, vulnerability management, etc.) ;
• plan and track work, integrating security priorities into ongoing projects and system maintenance;
• identify resource and skill gaps necessary for execution and propose solutions (training, reinforcement, creation of a dedicated team) ;
• collaborate closely with CDS and Infra teams, serving as the operational security contact point;
• produce expected deliverables: execution planning, progress reports, operational security dashboards;
• contribute to NIS2 certification preparation, documenting technical implementation of requirements and ensuring link between strategy and execution.
  

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science with experience in technical project management and/or cybersecurity;
• You have a good understanding of IT operational environments (systems, networks, identities, endpoints, cloud, monitoring) ;
• You possess solid knowledge of cybersecurity (protection measures, risk management, best practices, NIS2 framework) ;
• You know how to plan, prioritize, and coordinate transverse actions in a complex environment;
• You have an analytical and structured mindset with a strong results orientation;
• You are a collaborative person who can communicate as well with technical profiles as with non-technical decision-makers.
