Cybersecurity Manager (m/f/d)

• You will take responsibility for projects, topics, and the company in the area of Cybersecurity
• You will be responsible for leadership and design tasks in the consulting, conception, and implementation of Cybersecurity solutions
• You will ensure that set milestones and project goals are achieved
• You will handle stakeholder communication and conduct status meetings
• You will be the point of contact for our clients, project and team leadership and represent the team's work results
• You will audit and advise our clients in the area of Cybersecurity and develop new services and fields of expertise
• You will analyze complex processes and systems (especially in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM))
• You will conceptualize solutions and IT architectures
• You will actively participate in new customer acquisition
• You will conduct IT vulnerability analyses and risk assessments of information security incidents and further develop internal security methods and security standards
• You will lead and accompany transformations in the area of Cybersecurity
• You will be responsible for taking on internal development topics to expand our company

• You have a good to very good completed (Master's) degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or related disciplines
• You have 5-8 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, including the introduction of Zero Trust concepts & technologies
• You ideally already have experience in the areas of Identity & Access Management, Azure AD, Zero Trust and/or Security Architecture Design
• You possess strong leadership skills and management experience
• You have a very good understanding of business processes in the area of Cybersecurity
• You have in-depth network knowledge as well as knowledge of the specifics of Cybersecurity
• You possess very strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts understandably
• You are enthusiastic about digital topics, strategies, and processes
• You are a team player, motivated, performance-oriented, flexible, and proactive
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and responsibility
• You are willing to travel
• You have sound project management skills
• You have very good German and English skills (min. C1 in both languages)
