Cybersecurity Learning Awareness Specialist @ Antal

Knowledge and experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Learning & Development or related. Experience in designing and implementing training campaigns or awareness programs, preferably in the field of cybersecurity or risk. Knowledge of social engineering practices (e.g. phishing simulations). Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions based on user behavior. Experience working with stakeholders and gathering requirements (Design Thinking is highly desirable). Practical experience in creating and conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations for various audiences. Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
