Cybersecurity Analytics Engineer

Location: Krakow Work mode: hybrid We are looking for a Data Sanitisation Service SME who will be responsible for supporting global processes related to data security, anonymization, and regulatory compliance. Scope of responsibilities: Supporting the implementation of the Data Sanitisation service strategy and operational functioning. Collaborating with IT Service Owners (ITSO), Compliance teams, and Control Owners regarding data protection requirements. Coordinating the review and compliance assessment processes for data usage in non-production environments. Analyzing provided data for compliance with security, privacy, and internal and external regulatory requirements. Monitoring and documenting the results of performed reviews and corrective actions. Supporting stakeholders in requirements related to data protection, anonymization, and risk mitigation. Preparing documentation, reports, and materials for internal, external, and regulatory audits. Collaborating with global and regional Cybersecurity teams to ensure a consistent approach to data security management. Identifying risks related to data processing and supporting activities aimed at their mitigation. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in CyberSecurity, Data Security, Risk, or Compliance. Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and information classification issues. Knowledge of data anonymization techniques such as masking, tokenization, redaction, grouping, or k-anonymisation. Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in the financial sector. Ability to analyze risk and assess the compliance of security processes and controls. Very good command of English. Nice to have: Experience with tools such as Privitar, Delphix, or CA TDM. Knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR. Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GIAC, ISO 27001). We offer: Opportunity to work on global initiatives in Cyber Security and Data Security. Hybrid work mode in Krakow.
