As a Cybersecurity Lead, you will design robust, optimized, and cost-effective security solutions across cloud and infrastructure services. You will provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, shaping architectures that drive business growth, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Capgemini's cybersecurity offerings and capabilities. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored security solutions for clients. • Providing technical guidance and support to sales teams during pre-sales engagements. • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. • Participating in business development activities, such as identifying new opportunities and developing proposals. • Providing input to the development of Capgemini's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a solutions architecture role. • Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure services, including security architectures and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Fluency in German (written and spoken). Certifications • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is desirable but not mandatory.
