Cyber Security Senior Advisor - HIH - Evernorth

Position Summary: A successful Adversary Simulation member should possess a deep understanding of information security and computer science, paired with experience executing highly technical offensive assessments. They should understand advanced red and purple team campaign concepts such as performing social engineering and covert operations against complex networks while remaining entirely undetected, advanced application manipulation, and basic programming concepts. They should be able to implement, maintain and create security related tools. The candidate should have experience in a fast-paced environment and be capable of independently managing multiple projects at once. Responsibilities: * Lead the execution of adversary simulations (red teaming) and other offensive security assessments against Evernorth’s infrastructure and applications. * Develop and maintain red team and purple team strategies, tactics, and procedures (SOPs). * Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications. * Develop and maintain technical documentation and reporting on findings. * Collaborate with blue teams and other security teams to improve security posture and incident response capabilities. * Research and evaluate new offensive security tools and techniques. * Mentor and train junior team members. * Stay up-to-date on the latest threats and vulnerabilities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on offensive security. * Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security concepts. * Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques. * Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. * Experience with cloud security and cloud infrastructure. * Excellent communication and report writing skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or CISSP. * Experience with red teaming frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. * Experience with threat modeling and vulnerability analysis. * Experience with incident response and digital forensics.
